At Aptrons Enterprises, we are committed to transparency and fairness in all transactions.

Cancellation requests are accepted only within 7 days of placing the order. Once the product has been dispatched or shipped, cancellations will not be entertained.

Products covered under a manufacturerโ€™s warranty must be reported directly to the manufacturer as per their warranty terms and conditions. Aptrons Enterprises does not handle warranty claims.

Once the refund request is approved after verification of the submitted video, the refund will be processed within 5โ€“7 business days. The amount will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Products are processed on the same day the order is placed. Once dispatched, the order will be delivered to your address within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your location and courier service availability.
