If the delivered product significantly differs from the description on our website, customers must provide a package opening video and report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. Each request will be carefully reviewed by our support team.
Products covered under a manufacturerโs warranty must be reported directly to the manufacturer as per their warranty terms and conditions. Aptrons Enterprises does not handle warranty claims.
Once the refund request is approved after verification of the submitted video, the refund will be processed within 5โ7 business days. The amount will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
